Exhibitor Requirements:

1. Display set-up begins at 2:00 p.m. Please have your table ready by 4:00 p.m.
2. Each participant will be given an eight foot table with tablecloth and one (1) exhibitor sign. Table top staff is limited to two (2) people; register them on the front of this form. Chairs will not be provided. The exhibitors will stand in front of their exhibits to enhance networking. The narrow pathway between adjacent table rows is for table access only.
3. Participants will receive, in the mail, 10 guest passes to the event.
4. Participants are responsible for their own tabletop/material display. Display must fit on your table.
5. Individual businesses only will be allowed to participate. Participants will not be allowed to share tables.
6. Electricity (110 V ONLY) is at indicated tables only. Availability on a first come first serve basis for a charge of $50 per table. No additional power cords please.
7. No food preparation will be permitted.
8. Each exhibitor is encouraged to give their own raffle prize away. Raffles may be drawn at 6:30 p.m. at your table. Please bring the name of your winner to the Chamber table at the front of the room by 6:35 p.m. for your winners to be announced on raffle prize board. Please advise if you plan to draw a raffle by April 22, 2008.
