
Exhibitor Requirements:
- Display set-up begins at 2 p.m., please have your table ready by 4 p.m.
- Each participant will be given a six or eight foot space/table and one (1) exhibitor sign. Chairs will not be provided. The exhibitors will stand in front of their exhibits to enhance networking. The narrow pathway between adjacent table rows is for table access only.
- Participants may bring up to 10 guests to the event. Tickets will be mailed to you.
- Participants are responsible for their own material display.
- One business is permitted per table.
- There are no height requirements per space. We encourage you to showcase your business to the fullest extent possible.
- Electricity (110 V ONLY) is at indicated tables only. Availability on a first come first served basis for a charge of $50 per table.
- Each exhibitor is encouraged to give their own raffle prize away. Raffles may be drawn at 6:45 p.m. at your table. Please bring the name of your winner to the Chamber table at the front of the room by 7 p.m. to be announced on the raffle prize board.
