Donna Palomba is a managing member and co-founder of The Worx Group LLC, a marketing communications firm located in Prospect, Connecticut that began in 1987. She is a member of the Connecticut Community Foundation, the Greater New Haven Chamber, the Waterbury Regional Chamber and the Business Women's Forum.

In 2005, the Business Women's Forum - the longest running annual scholarship conference in New England - named Donna "Woman of the Year," a prestigious honor given to exemplary women that have had a significant impact in the business community, and have demonstrated superior leadership and community responsibility.
In balance with her commitment to business, Donna gives generously of her time to issues that affect the community at large. She serves on the board of directors of Special Olympics Connecticut and has previously served on other Connecticut boards in the greater Waterbury area including, United Way, the Non-Profit Assistance Initiative and Safe Haven.
In April 2006 Donna was a recipient of a revered award given by the New Haven Business Times, which celebrated 20 noteworthy women in the Greater New Haven area. Donna was also selected as the 2007 Connecticut Working Woman of the Year by Westfarms and the CT Department of Labor during a news conference presented by L'Oreal Paris.
In January 2007 Donna founded Jane Doe No More, Inc. (JDNM) a national non-profit organization dedicated to create awareness, break stigmas and develop training tools associated with sexual assault crimes. The JDNM board is comprised of experts in the legal, medical, law enforcement, victims' services and non-profit professions. Donna's story and this initiative were featured in a two-hour show on Dateline NBC on April 29, 2007. Donna was an active advocate and instrumental in the passing of a CT bill removing the statute of limitations on sexual assault crimes involving DNA evidence that was signed into law in July 2007.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Southern Connecticut State University.
